Whereas the community has shown great concern in finding a solution, providing over 200 pages of submissions 

Whereas there has not been public discussion on the content of the submissions as they have not been included on agendas 

Whereas 4 months have passed since the original complaint and good research has been provided by staff and ratepayers, giving me enough comfort to vote on and: 

move, 

That Council direct staff to develop a site-specific zoning bylaw for Councils consideration for the subject land Property Roll # 1536 020 002 27407.
