Public Registry of Pecuniary Interest
Section 5.1 of the Municipal Conflict of Interest Act requires a member of Council/Committee to file a written statement of disclosure of a pecuniary interest either at a meeting where the interest was declared or as soon as possible after the meeting.
Section 6.1 (1) of the Act, requires that every municipality and local board shall establish and maintain a registry. As per 6.1(2), the registry shall be available for public inspection in the manner and during the time that the municipality or local board, as the case may be, may determine. The Registry is available below for public inspection.
