The Municipal office will be closed on Monday, October 14, 2024, for Thanksgiving Monday and will re-open on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at 9:00 am with normal business hours.

Parks & Recreation 

The North Kawartha Community and Fitness Centre will be open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on October 14, 2024, for Thanksgiving Monday.

Garbage & Recycling 

The Haultain and Anstruther Transfer Stations will be open on Monday, October 14, 2024, with Sunday summer schedule hours from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.  

Curbside Garbage and Recycling collection will operate as normal on October 14, 2024, for Thanksgiving Monday. Please have your material out at the curbside by 7:00 am.

For missed curbside garbage collection, please call Waste Connections at 705-742-4268.

For missed curbside recycling collection, please call Emterra at 1-888-597-1541

Public Notices

Public notices are placed at both doors of the Municipal Office and the bulletin boards in the office as applicable. Public notices are completed for various items such as planning applications, notice of meetings and office closures.
