The Council of the Township of North Kawartha will be holding a virtual Special Closed Meeting of Council on: Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at 12:30 pm

Members of the public who wish to observe the public portion of the meeting in real time may join the meeting using the link available on the Special Meeting Agenda.

The Public Agenda is available on the Township website.

The closed meeting portion of the meeting will be closed to the public pursuant to Section 239 (2) of the Municipal Act as the subject matter being considered is:

(e) litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board and (f) advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose; (Court Proceedings) and
(b) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees (Candidate Interviews).
