Public Notice: Family Day, February 17, 2025
The Municipal office will be closed on Monday, February 17, 2025, for Family Day and will re-open on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at 9:00 am with normal business hours.
Parks & Recreation
The North Kawartha Community and Fitness Centre will be open with weekend hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, on Monday, February 17, 2025.
Family Day free public skating will be offered from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Garbage & Recycling
Per the winter schedule, the Haultain and Anstruther Transfer Stations will be closed on Monday, February 17, 2025.
There will be no curbside Recycling collection on Monday, February 17, 2025, due to Family Day.
Curbside Garbage collection will operate as normal. Please have your garbage material out at the curbside by 7:00 am. For missed curbside garbage collection, please call Waste Connections at 705-742-4268.
