A CPR/First Aid course can be arranged through the Fire Department if there is enough people interested. If you have a group of people interested in taking the course please contact the Fire Chief.
If you would like to make a donation to the Fire Department please contact the municipal office at 705-656-4445.
From time to time the Fire Department will fill a pool with water. Please note that this is done only if available and a flat fee does apply. Please contact the Fire Department directly if you are interested in getting a pool filled.

Emergency Services
Emergency Services is comprised of Fire Services, Emergency Medical Services and Police Services and is supported by administrative services such as Emergency Management, Public Education programs and the Police Services Board. Ambulance and paramedic service is provided by the Peterborough County and City Emergency Medical Services Department. Local hospitals are located in Peterborough (Peterborough Regional Health Centre) and Bancroft (Quinte Health Care North Hastings). The emergency services headquarters is located at 10193 Highway # 28 in Apsley.
