Emergency Preparedness and your Pets

In case of emergency, it is important to be prepared for a minimum of 72 hours and to be ready to shelter-in-place or evacuate if need be. Your emergency plans should include your pets. To prepare for or react to a crisis or emergency review the information provided by Public Safety Canada, the province, the OSPCA (Ontario Society for the  Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) and the Peterborough Humane Society.
