The Municipal office will be closed on Monday, May 18, 2026, for Victoria Day and will re-open on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 9:00 am with normal business hours.
Parks & Recreation
The North Kawartha Community and Fitness Centre will be open with weekend hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, on Monday, May 18, 2026.
Garbage & Recycling
Per the Winter schedule, the Haultain and Anstruther Transfer Stations will be open on Monday, May 18, 2026, for Victoria Day, with Sunday hours from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Curbside Garbage and Recycling collection will operate as normal. Please have your material out at the curbside by 7:00 am.
For missed curbside garbage collection, please call Waste Connections at 705-742-4268 and for missed curbside recycling collection, please call Emterra at 1-888-597-1541.

The Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) remains responsible for collecting information about school support. To update your school support information, visit MPAC’s online School Support tool.
